And just like that, we are time-traveling again. In two different places, for a brief spell.

In the darkest hours I am unable to sleep and get very angry at a world that continues to conspire to keep us apart at times. And the political climate is only getting worse every day. I dream of a world where love across borders is not penalised.

But we fight it, we travel on, we make our home in new places whenever time catches up to us. We make more magic.

We are fortunate souls. I am the luckiest potato in the universe. There is more light in my universe than ever before.

Nothing will keep us apart. Together, forever.

“Letting it get to you. You know what that’s called? Being alive. Best thing there is. Being alive right now is all that counts.”

“There’s a lot of things you need to get across this universe. Warp drive… wormhole refractors… You know the thing you need most of all? You need a hand to hold.”

Well… the path of least resistance would be to get married; then the legal issues largely go away. Just s possibility.
PS: I remain inspired by your quest and who you are

Hi Zane, no that unfortunately makes zero difference whatsoever – family reunification laws are incredibly complex, marriage itself makes no difference in the EU nor in Singapore, the two places we each have a citizenship. If it did that would be a very easy fix. Thanks for following still, and for your comments.

That’s largely a myth these days Zane, unless one has, or is marrying, someone with a lot of money. Then the path gets much smoother. So the trick here, is to buy a winning lotto ticket 😉

Here in the UK we are a year on from Brexit and it still angers me everyday. In the modern world we should be aiming for life and love without borders but we seem to be going backwards. I hope you guys find the solution , I can only imagine how tough it is.

We do seem to be going backwards presently I agree, these things seem to happen in cycles. I can’t wait for the cycle to swing forwards again. Thanks for your comment Neil!
