On September 11, 2021, the Danish band The Minds Of 99 played in front of 52,000 people in our national stadium PARKEN. It was the biggest concert in Europe since corona virus. It was magical beyond words, and I have previously posted articles featuring my own photo essay and the combined phototeam photo essay. Now, I am happy to share this movie about how I photographed the job of my life, the gig of my dreams:
Please note: This video was sponsored by FUJIFILM. The opinions are entirely my own, but I am a FUJIFILM Ambassador and FUJIFILM sponsored this video for use on their official channels. But I wanted to share the video here too on my blog. Let me know what you think in the comments below.

Very much enjoyed the interview – the information and the balanced format of talking and sharing the images. Well done.
Thank you so much, I am really happy you liked it!
Simply fantastic, Flemming. The photos and the video. So glad to see things working we well for you.
Thank you so much David! That means a lot! Can you believe it is 9 years now since meeting and working together on Una Pura Verdad! I think next year being 10 years anniversary, a sequel is in order 🙂
Great video. Love it!
Thank you so much Tony!
Dan Milnor recommended your video and I am glad I watched it. Interesting to hear what professional photographers care about.
Thank you, glad you liked it!
That’s really interesting, love the video. You mention the X-T3 is, in your opinion, the best camera for stills. Why do you think so, compared to the X-T2, the newer X-T4 or even an X-Pro3?
Hi and thank you! The X-T2 is just the older, much much slower version of the X-T3. X-T4 is basically the same as the X-T3, only with ibis (good) but ruined by a horrible selfie screen that is useless for event (or any type) of photography. The X-Pro line is a completely different shooting experience, not ideal for me for concerts. You can learn much more about my Fujifilm gear choices in this movie: https://youtu.be/2ag_QVOMTGI
The video is great, thanks for sharing. I currently own the X-T2 and was thinking to upgrade to either the X-T3 or wait for the X-T5. The X-Pro 3 is also tempting, but serves a different purpose 🙂
Dan Milnor recommended this; I’m glad I watched it. I’m a photographer (Fuji) and a musician!
Awesome, thanks for watching!
Very cool, gigs are exciting atmospheres to work in, thanks for sharing your experience. Reminds me of shooting Janes Addiction in Vienna in 93. I was there on assignment for an article in the Face magazine about Perry Farrel. A lot smaller, more intimate gig but my trusty RZ 6×7 loladed with Tri-X made something special that night.
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much! Music is like oxygen to me, and combining photography and live music is just a dream come true for me.
Fine images and comments! A video about cameras as it should be.
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much!
